Ben is the founder of Strength Bible and a full-blown gym enthusiast. After a childhood of playing sports, Ben's been taking fitness seriously since the age of 16. He's now almost 20 years into his gym journey and can't get enough of the place. Over the years he's covered all types of training styles - bodybuilding and hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, powerlifting, callisthenics and Crossfit. Away from the gym, Ben is a professional fitness writer with a first class Biology degree from the University of Sheffield and a PGCE in Education from the University of Manchester. He's currently studying for his Level 2 and Level 3 personal trainer qualifications.
