Salary: £31,957.12 to £50,889.28 OTE | Permanent Contract

What You’ll Do:
Deliver personal and group training sessions, gym inductions, and consultations
Motivate members and help them achieve their health and fitness goals
Access a wide range of professional development opportunities, including Les Mills and CPD courses
Progress into roles such as Wellbeing Lead or management
Your Schedule & Pay:
40-hour week: 32 hours gym floor, 8 hours PT sessions
Reduced floor hours as your PT client base grows, boosting your earning potential
Minimum of 24 gym floor hours during probation to guarantee base salary
Sliding scale pay structure – the more sessions you deliver, the more you earn
What You’ll Need:
REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner qualification
CIMSPA membership (essential for employment)
