With full-time study on the Level 2 Gym Instructor Course, you’ll complete your qualification in just 2 weeks. Attend face-to-face training at one of our UK or UAE venues.

About the Level 2 Gym Instructor Course
What’s Covered (Modules)
This Level 2 Gym Instructor course is the industry-leading course with the most comprehensive syllabus, partnered with excellent expert tutoring support from The Fitness Group Team. Once qualified, you will possess the skills to confidently plan and instruct clients through gym programmes as a qualified gym instructor. Modules include:

Course Duration
Choosing the online study option for the Level 2 Gym Instructor Course allows you to start studying immediately. With full-time study, you’ll study for two weeks to complete the entire course.
If you study from home for the Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructor, the qualification takes six weeks on average to complete.
Assessments
On our Level 2 Gym Instructor Course, you can view eLearning materials and recorded lectures anytime.
Your coursework can be completed online, and you can attend your local gym to complete your practical assessment.
You will complete the same assessments whether you study online or in person for your Level 2 Gym Instructor course.
- Workbook, 1 x theory, exam, 1 x client consultation, 1 x practical assessment and 1 x group induction.
Qualifications & Accreditations
The awarding body for our personal training courses is Active IQ, who are recognised and regulated by Ofqual, and appears on the Regulated Qualifications Framework with the Accreditation number 603/2692/X.
All of our Level 2 Gym Instructor Courses for personal trainers are fully recognised by CIMSPA and REPs UAE, enabling you to register at Level 3.
The Active IQ Level 2 Gym Instructor course is worth 10 CIMSPA CPD points.

The time frame is completely flexible to suit you - every student is different, and we do not impose any strict deadlines.
