Yes, you will attend one of UK venues to complete a 1 day practical workshop day.
We have course locations all over the UK for you to choose from. Some of our venue locations include London, Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester, Edinburgh, Newcastle, East Midlands and Aberdeen.
There is a theory element to the course, a short workbook for you to complete. We will send you the workbook and the learning materials in advance of your selected course date. Your expert Indoor Cycling Instructor Tutor will review your workbook on the day with you. The majority of your time at venue will be focused on the practical delivery to ensure you are confident and ready to delivery world class Studio Cycle Classes.
You will plan a 45-60 minute studio cycling session plan for a group between 5 and 20 participants. Your session plan will include common goals of your indoor studio cycling class, level of intensity and a risk assessment. For your delivery you will include a warm up, the main studio cycling class and a cool down. Your group studio cycling class will include a range of techniques, handlebar grips and you will demonstrate progression and regression plans.
You have the opportunity to show lots of personality with your cycling studio session plan, varied music choice and your studio cycling instructor class communication.
