- 50% coursework: including worksheets, a Pilates lesson plan, and a progressive case study.
- 25% practical components: requiring students to demonstrate their teaching skills for both individuals and groups, which can be completed online or in-person.
- 25% theory assessment: covering anatomy and physiology as well as the principles of health and fitness, assessed online with a open book exam.
