How to book your online fitness course
You can start any of our fitness courses online today by booking online. Just select today’s date when you are at the basket and you will immediately begin to receive your welcome emails and starter guides. We are available to chat to you and answer any questions before signing up too, you can select a time here that suits for a call.

After enrolment you will immediately receive a series of welcome emails. These ‘Getting Started Guides’ will give you guidance about how to access your coursework and learning materials. There will be a series of welcome videos contained within the starter emails – these will show you how to get started and provide lots of helpful hints and tips. You will have an assigned Learner Support Coach and an assigned tutor.
2: Start Studying Your Fitness Course Online
We have more online webinars and study support lectures than any other provider in the UK. The live lectures are also recorded. You will also have access to E-Learning so you can study at anytime of the day! When it comes to your practical assessment you can submit this via video too.
3. Fitness Course Online Assessments
Your assessments can be taken online at anytime from the comfort of your own home! Before you sit any assessments you will have the option to practice mocks or practice mock exams in your own time.
Your practical exams can be completed via video when studying our online fitness courses, at a time that suitable from your local gym! Your tutor will ensure you are confident and ready for your practical assessments before you complete this.

Our gym and level 3 personal training graduates move on to a range of opportunities after qualifying. We have graduates working in every major gym and health club in the UK. Examples include Nuffield Health, Pure Gym, David Lloyds or JD Gyms.
Our level 3 sports massage courses are also awarded by Active IQ and are fully recognised by CIMSPA too. Our sports massage graduates often move onto either working in an employed role as a therapist or start their own Sports Massage Therapy Business.
