Level 3 Mat Pilates Instructor Course Units
- Principles & Fundamentals of Pilates – How Pilates improves posture, flexibility, and core strength.
- Anatomy & Physiology – Skeletal, muscular, nervous, cardiovascular, and respiratory systems. Plus bioenergetics, endocrine system, and fitness adaptations.
