You can attend any of these venues for one of our Full-Time Course Dates or you can study with our online/blended learning study option If you study your personal trainer course online with our blended learning study option then you can attend your own local gym and complete your practical assessment via video or you can choose one of our expert workshop dates at any of our UK or UAE locations. You can access all of the study materials needed for your online personal training certification from home, and you will attend your local gym for your practical assessment. You will have access to manuals, e-learning courses for personal trainers and recorded webinars. You can access all learning materials at any time. Furthermore, your tutor is available to you, uncapped and on-demand, to support your learning needs! You can do all assessments and coursework online, and you can film your practical assessment from your local gym. Yes, you can submit a video for your practical assessment from your gym. Before any assessments, our experienced tutor will ensure you are comfortable with the guidelines and confident in what is required. We will also encourage you to complete a mock assessment first.

Importantly, unlike other training providers, we work with you to establish the route you want to take. We look at which companies fit your circumstances and guide you to opportunities and guaranteed interviews in fitness centres that are a match for your new career. This can range from nationwide chain gyms to premium leisure centres or locally-owned gyms.

We have the best support in the industry. Our unique support package is unlike any other training provider — you will be 100% supported every step of the way from day one to graduation and beyond! On average it takes around 12 weeks to complete a fully accredited PT Course however it can be as quick as 5 weeks if you attend a face to face course. All of our PT courses have complete flexibility the time frame is entirely flexible to suit you — every student is different, and we do not impose any strict deadlines. Our uncapped tutor support never runs out when you study with us at The Fitness Group. We will adapt to your needs and your pace. If you study on one of our full-time personal training courses, it will take six weeks to qualify — these six weeks include level 2 and level 3. If you study from home for the online personal training courses, we find that, on average, qualification tends to take ten to twelve weeks. However, the time frame is flexible.

The minimum age to obtain any of our qualifications is 16 years old you can start studying before this however you must be 16 years old upon qualification.
