The Level 2 Gym Instructor Course is the starting point for fitness professionals. It is an entry level qualification and provides a pathway to our Level 3 Personal Training Courses.
If you want to use this qualification as a pathway to Personal Training then you can either choose to study our Level 2 Gym Instructor Certificate first and then move onto our Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training or you can complete our combined Level 3 Gym Instructing and Personal Training Diploma which covers Level 2 and Level 3.
If you study our London Personal Trainer Course in person then you will attend one of our London Personal Trainer Course venues for 5 weeks to complete. You will be guided by our expert tutor in the classroom and in the gym. If the course group size is 5 students or less this can be slightly shorter in timeframe.
If you prefer to study online you can complete the qualification online with our purpose built learning platform. Both qualifications are the same, however how you study is up to you.
Yes, you can work in any gym with this qualification! You can also choose to work outdoors, online or open your own facility. Yes, you can study online with Level 3 Personal Training Courses.
From day 1 you can access the study materials to complete your theory workbook and study towards your theory exam. The theory exam is a multiple choice exam which you can complete from home. You will also have a coursework booklet that you will complete and submit to your tutor for marking.
If you would rather study online or you can not commit the time to complete a London Personal Trainer Course over 5 weeks then you can complete online. 98% of our students now actually choose this online study option.
For your practical assessment you will attend your local gym and you can submit with a video assessment!
If you choose to study online rather than our in person London personal trainer courses then you can attend our London venue to complete your practical personal trainer assessments or you can attend your local London gym and video your delivery for your assessment.
Yes, when you attend the in person London personal trainer course the first two weeks of the schedule will be spent studying Level 2 Gym Instructor and the final three weeks will be spent studying the Level 3 Personal Training Diploma.
On average it takes around 12 weeks to complete a fully accredited Personal Trainer Course if you study online however it can be as quick as 5 weeks if you attend a face to face London Personal Training Course.
