How to Book Your Practical Support or Assessments

Please use this booking link to book your Level 2 Gym Instructor or Level 3 Personal Training Practical Support or Assessments. These available booking dates and locations are for our online, flexible learners. If you want to attend a full-time face to face course then contact our team to discuss moving to one of face to face full-time courses.

Once you have requested a date you will be booked in.

Practical Support Sessions can be booked at any stage however we do recommend that you begin with theory and start to make some significant progress first. If you are in any doubt please chat to your tutor or contact us to discuss.

Please do not book for a practical assessment unless you have passed all theory paperwork (LAP Book), and you have had all programme cards, session plans and any work that needs to be completed prior to assessment assessed by your tutor.

Please note you can only complete one Level per day. You can not complete Level 2 practical and then Level 3 practical on the same day. Level 2 coursework and the full Level 2 qualification must be complete before moving on to begin Level 3.

Need to rearrange?

We know that sometimes things come up and you need to rearrange. Just give us a call on 0330 175 8209

If you cancel your attendance within 7 days, we will charge you the full cost of the booking fee and another fee will need to be paid to attend a future session. This is because anything within 7 days is accounted for in our cost sign off to run the session.

We must plan in venue, tutors and travel based on the attendance list confirmed. A late cancellation can often also affect other learners as spaces get filled and other students lose the opportunity to book on!

What to Bring on your Practical Support or Assessments

Please bring clothes to workout in. This should be appropriate gym / workout shoes, and sports clothes / workout clothes. No jeans / shoes / boots / ETC.

Please also bring a copy of your session plan – you can bring a tablet / or you can print this out / write and duplicate on to a notepad before your session.

If you are attending an assessment please also bring your ID.
